Yes, I said *flying* them over and spending a bundle on the special delivery. Normal channels of shipment including VDC prep are being, ahem, expedited. ; ) The full VINs do start with "WMR" btw as you can see the full VIN in the Order Detail section of the BMW Owner's Circle. Having BMW handle all this makes more sense as to why MINI USA has so little info. I'm guessing BMW is processing the GPs because of the prior relationship with Bertone in Italy but it still feels "odd".
